Our dispute resolution team is experienced in all forms of commercial disputes including litigation, international and domestic arbitration and mediation. We provide advice on commercial disputes including contractual and intellectual property disputes. We also advise clients on jurisdictional, forum issues and international risk. We are active in most kinds of international commercial arbitration, particularly in Singapore, Hong Kong and London.

In Singapore, we handle domestic disputes at all levels of courts including the Court of Appeal, the highest appellate court, along with arbitrations, mediations and adjudications under the Security of Payments Act. Along with our familiarity with laws and regulations, we are mindful of economic and cultural sensitivities.

We strive to solve complex disputes as swiftly and effectively as possible and provide practical solutions for our clients.

Alternative dispute resolution

Our lawyers are frequently involved in alternative dispute resolution such as mediation, neutral evaluation, expert determination and adjudication, both as counsel and as adjudicators.

Members of the team are fellows of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, accredited specialists in construction law as well as Associate Mediators with the Singapore Mediation Centre and the Law Society Mediation Scheme.
