Ian Chang
Ian Chang graduated from the National University of Singapore with an Honours degree in Bachelor Laws in June 1994. He was placed overall 18th out of 394
candidates in the Postgraduate Practical Law Course in December 1994 and was called to the bar on 29th April 1995.
Ian has been an adjunct lecturer with Temasek Polytechnic for their Law courses since 2002 and has been appointed as a Commissioner for Oaths since 2006. Prior to joining Legal Solutions LLC, Ian was a director in the conveyancing department of a Singapore law firm.

Areas of Practice
Ian main area of practice is in real estate conveyancing, which includes acting in the sale, purchase, mortgage and charge of residential, commercial and industrial properties. Ian has represented most banks and financial institutions in Singapore.
Ian has also represented property developers in residential and commercial projects and has advised, negotiated and drafted tenancies and leases for residential, commercial and industrial properties.
Apart from property-related work, Ian has extensive experience in the area of civil and commercial litigation including property disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, debt collection, commission claims, contested probate and administration claims and matrimonial matters.
He has acted for multi-national corporations, listed companies, private companies, small and medium enterprises and individuals in their debt management and recovery.
