Corinne Taylor is an Associate Director in the litigation department. Corinne graduated from the University of Durham, England in 2001 with a Second Class (Upper) Honours Degree in Law and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2004.

Areas of Practice
Corinne’s main practice areas are civil litigation, employment law, family and matrimonial law, probate law and banking and finance litigation. Her experience includes advising liquidators in the management of insolvent companies as well as the representation of companies and employees in contractual disputes on issues such as restraint of trade, conspiracy and breaches of confidentiality.

Acted for the litigation representative of the defendant wife in a case in which the plaintiff husband sought to revoke his gift to the defendant by obtaining a re-transfer of a HDB flat.
• Baldor Electric (Asia) Pte Ltd v Liew Chin Choy and others [2010] SGHC 32
Defended a foreign company against claims of inducement of breach of contract, conspiracy to defraud and unlawful interference.
• Fong Sun Yong v Yau Lee Construction (Singapore) Pte Ltd [2010] SGMC 7
Acted for an individual in his claims against his former employer in which the dispute centred around issues such as duress and summary dismissal.
